On The Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Graduate Students' Internship

Postgraduate internship is currently one of the more common types of society practical activities. Although internships as a personal behavior for graduate students, it has pros and cons; for school management, the internship is student's individual behavior, the school also needs to offer appropriate guidance to deal with it to avoid loopholes in management, thereby protecting the quality of graduate education. In view of this, this paper is based on gathering relevant research literature, carefully reading and screening. On the basis of full understanding and learning from existing research results, according to the logic of ideas "find the problem - analysis of the problem - to solve the problem" and to take the literature, questionnaire surveys and interviews, the paper attempts to explore deep levels of thinking about the current status quo of post-graduate internship.The full text is divided into four parts. The first part is the thesis introduction, through access to literature, acquiring the status of existing research, looking for an entry point for writing this article, it mainly talks about the research background, the reasons explained in this article for the significance of the research and the research design. The second part of the thesis is to know the current status quo of graduate student internship from the perspective of empirical, and it mainly talks about the graduate students' preparation for the internship, the graduate students' actual practice in the process of the internship, and the evaluation of the graduate students toward internship. The third part of the thesis is to reveal the problems in the process of the graduate students 'internship, and to analyze its problems. The fourth part of the thesis is based on research findings, and offers specific recommendations to optimize postgraduate internship for better management and more guidance in colleges and universities separately from the graduate student level, school level and government level, as well as provides a reference for future research.
