Educational practice is an important part of the process of teacher education.Up to now,our country has not established a unified evaluation system of educational practice.This study attempts to summarize the characteristics of the evaluation system of educational practice in the United States by analyzing the STEP Elementary Handbook.On the other hand,this paper also selects six domestic colleges and universities to analyze their educational practice handbook,and provides suggestions for the establishment of the evaluation system of educational practice in our country.First of all,this study introduces the current research situation and related theoretical basis at home and abroad through the literature method,and has a basic understanding of the evaluation of educational practice.At the same time,it also combs the formulation and evolution of the educational practice evaluation system in the United States,and witnesses the development of its system development,practice site,practice evaluation standards and other elements.This paper selects Stanford University and makes a detailed analysis of the evaluation of educational practice in the Stanford Teacher Education Program.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the characteristics of Stanford University's educational practice evaluation system in the United States.From the perspective of practice evaluation,Stanford University's evaluation of interms combines formative evaluation with final evaluation,and pays attention to the persistent development of interns.From the point of view of the main body of the evaluation,the group of tutors,interms themselves and special evaluators constitute a pluralistic evaluation group,which also reflects the professionalism and scientificalness.A variety of evaluation tools include such as basic observation table,selective record table,seat map,CSTPs and so on,which can not only be used to evaluate the internship situation of interns,but also provide them with the path and direction of development.The content of Stanford University's educational practice evaluation is adjusted on the basis of "Graduated Responsibility".The comprehensiveness and gradual nature of the evaluation content gives interns enough time to adjust their pace of development.However,the practice evaluation of Stanford University also has the shortcomings,such as neglecting the main body of the students,the value orientation neglecting the emotion and the limitation of the evaluation results,which need to be viewed rationally.Finally,through the analysis of the handbook of educational internship in six universities in China,the author found that the teaching practice in normal colleges and universities in China emphasizing professional ethics,professional identity and the ability of teaching and research,integrating peer evaluation and strict unity of organization and management.There are also some problems.Through the study of the evaluation of educational,this paper provides the corresponding advises for the establishment of a unified evaluation system of educational practice in our country in the future,such as establishing professional evaluation team,improving the evaluation tools,arranging reasonable evaluation content and so on.
