In the 1980s, the concept of"teaching appraisal"appears gradually in the history educational world of our country middle school. In March, 2002, the Ministry of Education drew up and promulgates, its basic idea namely to cause the student through the historical study"enhancement history consciousness, derives the historical wisdom, the open field of vision, understands Chinese and the world development situation, the enhancement history insight and the historical sense of mission", can form finally the target evaluation system of appraises the student overall quality. Therefore it is very important that the modern teaching appraisal under the new curriculum reform, the creation teaches to comment a body, the communal development and the curriculum develop the modern teaching appraisal also needs the college entrance examination system's confirmation at the same time. Therefore it needs the detailed refinement and the concrete application to that the course evaluation system under the new curriculum reform system. On the one hand creates suits the general appraisal which the teaching development needs, on the other hand must create the individuality development appraisal pattern. Only then the teaching appraisal specific objectives and the duty obtains can carry out and develop. Studies under the new curriculum background the college entrance examination history function appraisal to have the practical significance regarding the course evaluation. In the new curriculum reform already launched, the teacher not only needs to understand the related content of the new curriculum reform, but also to enrichment and study the idea, the technology and the way of appraise that fall behind the curriculum reform new request. Through the multiple appraisal content to the student that quality synthetic evaluation carried on the class sign requests, urges the high school that history teaching appraisal effective interaction, achieves the new curriculum reform to achieve the benign development condition finally.The college entrance examination system is an important aspect of the course evaluation. Study the test content and the main thought of the college entrance examination under the new curriculum reform not only has the feasibility regarding the middle school field research, moreover may instruct middle school teaching appraisal system more perfect and actual in turn. The class changes needs college entrance examination's impetus, holding new college entrance examination's characteristic accurately, and permeating this kind of guidance in college entrance examination preparing examination by appropriate way. Three dimensional goal's realization, the social hot spot's refraction, the historical ability's examination and the historical material's processing method have highlighted out of the ordinary characteristic in the college entrance examination that the provinces have implemented new curriculum at recent years, the research will make the appraisal theory concrete and realization , make the preparing of college entrance examination more scientifically and effectively, and has the effectiveness soon to the Jilin Province first college entrance examination that under new curriculum reform which will be carried on in 2009.This article is divided into four parts, introduction to the first part: explain issues of research on research at home and abroad, research, research perspectives and methods. Theory of the second part, from the definition, theoretical foundation and evaluation of new curriculum standards in history on the subject. The third part of the evaluation of new curriculum subjects to analyze the history, profile status evaluation of Middle School History, select high school history exam on the content analysis of seven areas. Part IV is divided into assessment of thinking, objectives from the perspective of three-dimensional summary of the new curriculum evaluation system specific practices, provinces to test the new curriculum reform to achieve functional assessment of the history of the means and methods. In conclusion, in the actual teaching of teachers should be paid attention to the question of teachers should be teaching in practical attention.
