The professional stress of teachers is the problem that teaching staff always pay attention to. Especially with educational reform further intensified, the problem about the professinal stress of teachers stands out more and more. Some surveys indicate professional stress has had an ill effect on teachers'physiological, psychological and behavioral aspects and so on. This research investigates 270 middle school teachers in qiqihar with"Questionnaire about Professional Stress of Teachers in Primary and Middle School"compiled by Zhu Congshu, Shen Jiliang and Liu Jiaxia, and probe the relationship between professional stress of middle school teachers in qiqihar and sex, age, teaching age, academic qualification, technical position, whether head teacher or not, different school categories, different grades, different school levels, different working posts, different subjects, different student numbers, different workloads and different wage levels. The results indicate that of all influential fators, professional stress of middle school teachers has significant differences in teaching age, whether head teacher or not, school categories, different grades, working load of the subject which is taught and wage levels.These results illustrate that teachers think teaching profession is a profession full of burden, and the influential fators about professional stress of teachers are many dimensions. This thesis proposes countermeasures that relieve professional stress of teachers from stress management of teachers, school management and social management.
