Because the requirement of candidates'education background gradually increases when major companies and institutions recruit new staff in recent years, the college entrance examination which determine a person's future role in society. Senior middle school teachers, as the initiator of knowledge and the guide for the overall quality of students, not only undertake the expectations from society, schools, parents and students, but also face multiple tests, including the entrance examination, education reform and new curriculum. So, compared to other groups of teachers, they need to bear more and more work pressure. Moreover, the status of teachers' job stress not only relates to physical and mental health of individual teachers, but also relates to their teaching quality and teaching attitude, which directly affect their students'healthy growth. Thus, it is important to find the pressure source of senior middle school teachers and to seek the policies and measures to ease the work pressure.This study bases on domestic and overseas correlational research, taking the senior middle school teacher of Xing'an league district for example and the ethnic factor as a demographic variable, research the significant differences between the job stress of senior middle teachers in minority areas and the job stress of teachers of Han. And then it will provide different mitigation strategies based on conclusions. The research methods of this study include survey research methods and empirical research. It firstly collected the data through questionnaire, and then use statistical analysis tools SPSS 17.0 to analyze the survey data. The purpose is to give a clear status of teacher work stress in the region, and put forward measures to ease pressure on teachers according to conclusions.This article is divided into five parts:The first part describes the background, the theoretical significance and practical significance of this study. On this basis, it will introduce the purpose of this study, research methods, and innovation. The second part defines the relevant concepts and summarizes the important research results about teacher job stress which workout by domestic and foreign scholars.The third part analyzes the overall situation of teacher stress through questionnaires and the data and testes the differences in demographic variables.The fourth part proposes some counter-measures to relieve teacher stress response. This chapter is the focus of this study.The fifth part describes conclusions and limitations.Through this research, it can get the following conclusions:Firstly, job stress of teachers who work in senior middle school in the area is high, and teachers reflect on the different pressure conditions in the eight dimensions of job stress. Among them, the greatest pressure comes from social pressure. The secondly pressure comes from the students. More again, the pressure comes from exams and studies. In investigated factors, the pressure comes from the interpersonal relation is minimum, and less than the median, indicating that teachers does not exist more pressure.Secondly, because teachers have different personal attributes, their job stress shows a significant difference on totality and some factors of job stress. Specific performance:the stress of male teachers in the teachers'overall work stress and self-physical, mental, social, career development and promotion aspects is higher than women teachers; the stress of Mongolian teachers in the students'issue is greater than the Han, and Han Chinese teachers in the community shows greater pressure than the Mongolian teachers; the stress of married teachers in teacher stress, examination and further study, self-physical, psychological, social and career development and promotion aspects significantly greater than unmarried teachers; teacher stress increased with the degree gradually increasing.Third, the last part of this study provide the countermeasures to relief teachers job stress from the community, schools and teachers themselves three aspect and refine a teacher incentive system.The innovation of this study is the detailed study of teachers'work pressure to Xing'an Meng district where has a special national characteristics, which can effectively make up limitations for domestic research in this field range. In addition, this study puts nation in demographic variables, researching the influence to teacher job stress because of difference nation, further enriching the proposal to ease the job stress of teachers and management strategies.
