With the rapid development of Internet and the advent of the information age ,the flexibility of knowledge speed up and knowledge acquisition can happen anytime, anywhere. The meaning of knowledge acquisition has been from the knowledge accumulation of the individual to the new knowledge construction process - based on the social context of collaborative learning and independent study to explore the meaning of the knowledge construction . New concept of knowledge acquisition is a dynamic variable of the knowledge acquisition process based on the individual learners experience and the original cognition structure . By working with partners and experts collaborative learning, we can see from the various information resources to obtain the most accurate, up-to-date information. The change of knowledge acquisition pattern requirements to change the traditional learning environment and learning styles, in this way the it formats a new structure of learning - Virtual Learning Community.Virtual Learning Community is a social learning organizations with knowledge construction meaningful ,where learners with common aspiration and common interest come together to communicate, exchange and share learning resources to complete learning tasks. This study not only through the network to link learners and, more importantly, to provide an open learning environment, establish a multi-directional social interaction relationship for the learners. Where they share information, exchange of ideas, views and help each other to solve problems,. so to promote knowledge acquisition, classification, storage and sharing.This article is based on the basic theory of the concept of virtual learning communities, the elements and features of the virtual learning communities ,the concept of knowledge constructing. We analysis the statistical data, for the case of interactive learning network, from the macro and micro perspective by using content analysis and information analysis. In the same time this article researches the process and the content of the knowledge constructing of the virtual learning community. We have come to the conclusion that the knowledge constructing is impacted comprehensive by individual learners, learning communities, mentors, such as virtual learning community platform factors. In the end, this article put forward the promotion strategy of virtual learning community ,so as to enhance the learners learning efficiency, and enhance the ability of learners to construct knowledge, as well as to build a reasonable and effective platform for virtual learning communities.
