Since the creation of the virtual learning community, the behavior" research of their learners or participants has always been one of the main research objects. Whether it is to explore the learning behavior, or the study of interaction or interaction behavior, scholars and experts are trying to explore the truth of these behaviors, seize the main idea, provoke people to think and to extract its essence, and improve the constructive opinion for the development of virtual learning community. Making virtual learning communities become an important data background for informal learning. Under the influence of such thoughts and ideas, the author puts forward a research topic about interaction subgroups in the virtual learning community. This study is about the macroscopic interactive virtual learning research, and microscopic one is condensed to be interactive behavior subgroup.First of all, after reading and analyzing the related literature at home and abroad, the author sort out the background, significance and current status of this research. This study has adopted the concept, theoretical foundation and basic theory to conduct a basic exposition, including virtual learning community, cohesive subgroups which defined the concept of interactive behavior, theoretical basis and behavior based on motivation theory.Then, from the virtual learning community, elements, characteristics and the interactive relationship of cohesive subgroups, the author analyzes the interactive behavior, and the key research is interaction, which is analyzed by the theory analysis of condensing subgroup in social network analysis. It provides the virtual learning community a platform. This research chooses good-looking book data; then, referring to the analysis results and other three aspects of the theory and the design of the questionnaire, the investigation of condensed factors interaction behavior of subgroups in the virtual learning community to finish the analysis of the survey data and the conclusion.Research indicates that virtual learning community of closely related to reflect the interaction behavior of generating in the condensation of interaction between subgroups and maintaining its factors, cohesion and new group leaders is introduced in the questionnaires to study and get the verification, and support system and other factors of interest and community impact on interactive behavior. Based on this, the author put forward to promoting the subgroup effective interaction strategies condensation in the virtual learning community.
