Because the morals in individual and in social development's influential role, our country has always attached great importance of moral education at the position and has invested a lot of work in this regard .in a long-term we can feel the phenomenon of moral education at colleges and universities that students not interested in moral education and moral education for students of life detached from the situation of knowing and doing. Superficially, it seems to be exam-oriented education brought about by the inevitable tendency of utilitarian, but an in-depth study of the problem, we will find the essence of this problem is education and acceptance of the fit problem. The effect of moral education, in the final analysis depends on how the educated to receive, identify and practice .University Students, as a realistic individual, already had certain ideological concept. Information which transports from is not accepted, but with accepts ability according to own anticipation to carry on the choice and the processing.University student's moral education validity must be implemented to the university student thought and the behavior transformation, manifests in the university student to moral education of university students at the contents of the acceptance and practice.. In this sense, acceptance of moral education research is the needs to improve the effectiveness of moral education.This article starts with the correlation theories of acception. Take this phenomenon of the population of South Korea film and television cultural in university student as the example. Has analyzed the psychological basis and the realization rule which the university student chooses accepts. Take this as the reference, from the angle which accepts has analyzed the university student moral education effectiveness murky reason. On this basis, the acceptance of the moral education of the relevant questions were further discussed. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part elaborated the history of the development of accepts theory .This part gives us a systematic and analysis on the history of accepts theory. Have explained the scientific intension of " accepts " from respects such as the basic key element of definition, acceptance of accepting, basic contradiction accepted, etc.The second part introduces the phenomenon of the population of South Korea film and television cultural in university student from the angle of accepts theory. Mainly has carried on the analysis from three aspects : South Korea movie and television culture in university student's popular situation; Includes the acceptance of theory as well as the University Students Choose to accept the psychological laws.The third part elaborated the enlightenment of the phenomenon on the improvement of the moral education injectivity . Although the acception of South Korea movie and television culture and university moral education injectivity has difference in the receiver the motive, accepts the content, accepts the goal, accepts the foothold and so on, there are parallels between them as a kind of understanding and recognition activities. Therefore the focus of this part is using accept theory and psychology knowledge to analyse murky reason of the moral education effectiveness.The fourth part put forwards the measurements that optimizes the university student moral education. This is the focus of this article. First, introduces the idea of interaction in the moral education process, promotes the university student moral education the interactive in such aspects as moral education goal, moral education content, moral education way, etc. Secondly, the emphasis on affective and moral education of university students . Third, we should displays "the catalytic effect'' of the campus culture "the catalytic effect".
