The film and TV culture industry has developed rapidly in our country,the demand for talents is also growing,increasing the demand for talent,not only to the relevant professional talents of professional quality and comprehensive ability are also put forward higher request,many enterprises through the cooperation between colleges to train professional talents meet the demand of enterprise.University-enterprise cooperation especially effective in higher vocational colleges in universities and colleges educational philosophy and way of specialty construction,higher vocational education has a clear professional value orientation and characteristics of applied talents training in skills as the goal,need to implement the university-enterprise cooperation to make the students really meets the needs of enterprise practice operation ability.Hengdian college of movie and television experimental area adjacent to Hengdian studios and Hengdian film and television industry,film and television institute in Zhejiang province is the only to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,fully rely on the local advantage of film and television industry,opened the film and television programme production and other related professional,with a number of film and television enterprises established close relations of cooperation between colleges.This research takes Hengdian college of movie and television as a case,the study of university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,university-enterprise cooperation is the solution enterprise skilled talents demand in the new period and the essential way to talent training in higher vocational colleges,but at present domestic university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges are widespread problem of enterprise participation is not high and low operational efficiency,this study from the perspective of practice,through the analysis of the theory of higher vocational colleges university-enterprise cooperation between the main body relations,by adopting the method of case analysis and questionnaire survey method of Hengdian college of movie and television university-enterprise cooperation situation and existing problems of vocational college,on the basis of making countermeasures to improve the level of university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.According to Hengdian college of movie and television,university-enterprise cooperation now survey analysis of the problems existing in the cooperation between colleges and the school to help the school make effective university-enterprise cooperation development strategy,improve the efficiency of university-enterprise cooperation,for enterprises to develop to meet the market demand of film and television class talents plays an important role,in addition,the research results of this study on the domestic development of university-enterprise cooperation in other higher vocational colleges also has a certain reference and guidance significance.
