The theory and practice of learning strategies has become a hot issue of educational research in our country. At present, there is almost no study for deaf students.There are many factors affected academic performance of middle school student. The most important factor is the level of strategies. Not only learn how to store knowledge but also more efforts should be made to seek methods. One of the outstanding questions is how to improve the efficiency of study. A more prominent problem is how to obtain study strategies. Whether there is more difference in two kinds of students, what' s difference and the reason?The study wants to find the difference between two kinds students through gives questionnaire surveys and interviews, then gives many useful suggestions to solve the problem.The survey found that: 1. Types of students have a very significant impaction on learning strategies.2. The factor of grade has some impaction on learning strategies but not significantly.3. Types of gender have a very significant impaction on learning strategies.The interview found that: 1. There is no enough attention given on learning strategies for two kind's students. The knowledge can not be trained effectively in teaching process. They can not choose effective strategies due to lack knowledge. There is no targeted training in daily classroom. 2. Outstanding students not only can use variety of learning strategies but also good at monitor the procession. According to their advantages and disadvantages, looking for suitable methods for their learning and adjusting flexibility. At a large extent, poor academic students can not learn effectively. Not only lacking the diversity and proficiency but also lacking study methods for application knowledge as well as some advanced skills.3. Types of teachers have a very significant impaction on learning strategies.In view of the above problems, researchers proposed the teacher should develop the potential of deaf students actively to follow the deaf characteristics and laws. Teachers should become designers, guiders and evaluators of learning to enable students take the initiative. Students should take responsibility for learning, changing ask me to study to I want to study.
