In 1987 the high-level sports team was set up in the university in our country.Along with the development of the society,the athletic sports in the university have played a more important part in the development of the physical education.Thus the university cultivating high-level athletes will have an important effect on the development of the physical education. Along with the vigorous developing of our country University sports,which as the important constituent of our country sports. However,the Xinjiang university men soccer's developing level was very poor if comparing with the inland's.So,it have the vital significance to comprehensively understooding our area football team's the present situation and proposing the corresponding suggestion.The research focuses on coaches and athletes of Xinjiang university men's football team.It includes literature,interviews,questionnaires,field surveies,mathematical statistics, and other methods. And it enforces an analysis on the current situation of college men's football coach,athlete,management and contest and the relevant factors that affect the development of college men's football team in Xinjiang province. The main conclusions are as follows:1.The majority of Xinjiang university men's football team players are national minority athletes.They are mainly coming from the ordinary high school and the physical school.The majority athletes have not the soccer grade , and the training experience were short.
