The China today's teacher professional development and educational situations reflects that, both from the theoretical research field and practice field, much more attentions has been paid on the teacher group's professional development, but not on the teacher's status and function in their professional development, which holds back or even stifle the consciousness of teachers independency professional development, and the successive results show that it makes our teachers professional development in a passive situation, and makes the teachers subjective function and their subjective status in their professional developmental process can not be displayed and came true.The essence of teacher development is to make sure that teachers have autonomy in their development; the professional autonomous development means a course of teachers over passing and realizing themselves, and a course of teachers developing consciously, actively and sustainably. Teacher's professional autonomous development bases on teacher's autonomous development, the basic power of teacher's professional development is from the inner incentive and teacher's need. If a teacher wants to promote his development, he should make the outer objective situation changed as his inner incentive and make it connected tightly with his own need. Teacher's professional autonomous development asks teachers grow and develop autonomously, which is not only the reflections of the international teacher development tendency and today' teacher professional development requirements, it's also better for putting award the long-life education and improving teacher's qualities.The professional autonomy means the professionals safe from the non-professional people's disturbs and controls and have their own autonomous consciousness, autonomous rights and autonomous abilities to make their own development aim and plan, to learn professional knowledge and take practices freely. Teachers are the subjects in educational practice and they show lots of autonomous consciousness strongly. The professional autonomy in this paper means the conditional professional autonomy of professional development and self-development, and the course of self-perfection guided by outer values. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to improve teacher's subjectivity in their professional development and to promote teacher's professional autonomous development.This paper aims to supply a theoretical base for teacher's professional autonomous development that makes teacher's professional autonomous development has its own conference; meanwhile it aims to construct the theoretical system of teacher's professional autonomous development including the developing orientations, developing stages, developing models and developing construction that makes teacher's professional autonomous development has its own system.The key of teacher's professional autonomous development is to make teacher's subjectivity functionally and promote teachers grow and develop in their professions, which also does not deny the influences from the outer factors, thus teacher's professional autonomous development also need to get the guarantee of the outer condition. This paper tries to give some strategies for solving some problems in the teacher's professional autonomous development, such as the idea problems, the practical problems and the environmental problems of teacher's professional autonomous development; also to analyze the training approaches, research approaches, learning approaches, incentive approaches and environmental support approaches of teacher's professional autonomous development in order to provide a good environment for teacher's professional autonomous development and promote the teacher's professional autonomous development...
