Vocational Education is a form of education which involves the widest and educates the most in the modern education system, and provides hundreds and thousands vocational technologic personnels to different departments of National Economy. The standard of the development of economy of a country or a region depends on it. But recently the arrangement of Vocational Education in China is a little bit low to some extent, and it is commonly looked down by the society, resulted that the standard of Vocational Education is still not high, which doesn't coordinate with the demand of the Nationl Economy'development. Among all kinds of modern education, it is related the most tightly between Vocational Education and the development of economy and the society's advancement, and which is a important guarantee for a country or a region to realize industrialization and modernization.It is necessary for Hainan province to make great efforts to develop Vocational Education to promote the modernization. It is the most dependable guarantee for Hainan to realize the jumping of economy, when it wants to achieve the goals for international travel island and free trading area, for which the key is cultivating high quality personnel and laborers. It has provided many jobs by the new development industry and tourism, but influenced by the traditional idea, Vocational Education in Hainan hasn't get enough attention and development, which is not harmonious with economy, science and technoloty and the development of society. Many high-technoloty contained and skilled jobs need to recommend qualified personnel outside the island. It is extremely urgent to develop Vocational Education. Based on the analyse of quality, the article mainly adopts survey method, at the same time used positive approaches which combine documents act, interview, written survey and sample survey, the highlight of the article is that take enough true example and data to introduce, pay attention to the conbination of theory and practice, and analyse the recently situation of Vocational Education in Hainnan detailedly, and research some administrative tactics and sugestions.
