Study On The Development Model Of The Higher Vocational Education Of Hainan Province

In the recent 10 years, China higher vocational education has already developed into our country higher education's important part, but it also has many problems in developing process. Analyzing present situation and the question of the higher vocational education and proposing the practical and feasible solution is the premise of realizing the scientific progress of higher vocational education. This thesis presents the development model of Hainan Province's higher vocational education based on the present situation and the problem of higher vocational education in Hainan Province.First, this thesis analyzes the present situation and the problem of higher vocational education development in Hainan Province and proposes the significance of studying higher vocational education development in Hainan Province.Secondly, in order to resolve higher vocational education's problems, the thesis addresses the problems and differences of higher vocational education between China and overseas and compares the higher vocational education of domestic development modes with the foreign models. It proposes the modes and trends of Hainan's higher vocational education development based on the foreign higher vocational education development modes.Thirdly, this thesis proposes the necessity of establishing the example higher vocational colleges and the significances of applying the national example higher vocational colleges against the problems of Hainan Province's present problems of higher vocational education development modes. And then it uses AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to introduce the qualification of selecting conditions and procedures of applying of the national example higher vocational colleges.Then, based on the development mode of higher vocational colleges in Hainan Province, the thesis brings forward the development model of the national example higher vocational colleges. Taking Hainan Professional Technology Institute's success in gaining country's example quality colleges and universities as an example, the thesis explains good condition and special construction foundation and construction superiority of establishing the national example higher vocational colleges in Hainan Province. It addresses the example function and leading role in Hainan higher vocational education reform and the development.Finally, the thesis summarizes the research results and raises the prospects of further research work.
