| Objective To explore the risk factors related to male juvenile violent offence.Methods K-SADS-PL(Kiddy Schedule for Affective Disease and Schizophrenia),BIS-11(Barratt Impulsiveness Scale-11),EMBU(Egma Minnen av Bardndsna Uppforstran),FACESⅡ-CV(Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale,Second Edition),FES-CV(Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version),SSRS(Social Support Rating Scale),ASLEC (Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check),CSQ(Coping Style Questionnaire) are chosen to assess 91 male juvenile violent criminals who are imprisoned and 36 male ordinary middle school students.Results1.The rate of punishment for violent events in school,smoking,drug misuse/dependent,and diagnoses of oppositional defiant disorder and conduct disorder of the study group is higher significantly than that of the controls(P<0.05).2.Compared to the controls,the average family income of the study group was significant lower,the prevalence of deviant family environment was significant higher.The educating method of the main fosters in study group was mainly as rude-beat and heavy-cursed type,full submission type, strict-constraint type,un-interfere type and over-take care type,while control group is mainly as help and advise type(P<0.05).3.The parents' education level in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The occupation of their parents was also more significantly on low-tech and instable(P<0.01).4.The BIS total score,the score of some factors(punishment of father, excessive interference and overprotection of mother of EMBU),conflict of family,negative life events factors(interpersonal relationship,punishment factors and healthy adaptation) and immature coping styles(self condemn, illusion and withdraw) were significantly higher than those of the control group,but the scores on factors such as affect warmth of parents,family cohesion,family adaptability,family environment(cohesion, intellectual-cultural orientation,active-recreational orientation and organization),social support,objective support and the use of support, solutions of problems factors are significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).5.The factors of self-condemn,solutions of problems in coping styles, punishment and study pressure,objective social support,adaptation to ideal family life and intellectual-cultural orientation of family were entered the discriminant equation by the backward stepwise regression.The total accuracy of this equation was 89.0%.Conclusions1.The male juvenile violent criminals have the characteristic of impulsivity.2.The family structure and environment of male juvenile violent criminals were deviant.3.The male juvenile violent criminals have less social support,more negative life events and tend to use unskilled cope style.4.Factors of self-condemn,solutions of problems in coping styles, punishment and study pressure,objective social support,adaptation to ideal family life and intellectual-cultural orientation of family are main risky factors to identify juvenile violent offence. |
