Study On The Juvenile Violent Crime

The problem of juvenile crime is always an important issue in the research ofcriminology. Not only because the life of young people is related to the destiny of ourcountry, but also because the problem of juvenile crime we faced now is really serious.In today’s world, the juvenile crime problem has become the third public nuisance,after the environmental pollution and the drug spread problem, and a large proportionof juvenile crime is violent crime. We should pay attention to the reason of juvenileviolent crime, and do our best to correct juvenile violent criminal. That is therequirement of a harmonious society’s stabilized, and is the responsibility of lawworkers to the society.In the hope of pay attention to the teenagers’ life environment, and keep them faraway from the violence, I write this article to study the domestic current situation ofjuvenile violent crime, and I also studied the aboard successful experience about howto prevent juvenile violent crime and correct the criminals. I hope I can make someuseful suggestion about our work.The first chapter is about the characteristics and trends of juvenile violent crimesin China. I studied them with data and news reports，hoping we can explore anapproximate direction for our work in the future.The second chapter is the discussion about reasons of juvenile violent crime. Iseeked the physiological causes, psychological cause, social reasons and familyreasons in succession. Meanwhile, there are some discussion about the rationality of some theories about the reason of juvenile violent crime.The third chapter is the discussion about how to prevent juvenile violent crimes.I pay attention to the study and living environment of teenagers in our country, and Ialso study the culture young people can come into contact, hoping can find someprevention and control measures fit the psychological status of young people.I researched the youth violence criminals treatment methods in the fourth chapter.Although prevention is important, the correction is extremely important to thoseyoung people have embarked on the violent crime road. We shoul help them return tosociety as soon as possible, and minimize the affection of violent experience. Afterstudied foreign advanced treatment methods and juvenile systems, I discussed theirapplicability in China. At last, I expect mass media can take some responsibility in thetreatment work.
