since the 20th century 80's, countries around the world have launched a curriculum reform of basic education boom, The face of fierce international competition, China's basic education curriculum reform has also been put on the agenda. September in 2001, the stage of compulsory education curriculum reform, new start at the experimental area; In 2003, the new high school curriculum reform has officially started. A new round of high school math curriculum reform of our country are the biggest strength one in all high school math curriculum reform, in many ways, have many innovations and breakthroughs. Can successfully implement the new curriculum, teachers are the key factors. Since teachers in curriculum implementation process are the most direct participants, and are an important condition for successfully in curriculum reform. Between the curriculum and teachers are symbiotic and build a relationship. Teachers can adapt to the new curriculum and adapt to what extent, directly related to the success or failure of the high school math curriculum reform. With the in-depth promotion and full implementation of senior high school math curriculum , teachers'adaptation research has far-reaching significance.The author of this article are on the basis of accessing to substantial literatures, designed questionnaire, and combined with interviews, carried out the empirical studies at the earliest to enter the new curriculum reform experimental zone. This article bases on high school math teachers in the new adaptation of the curriculum status quo, seeks to discover the emerging issues in the course of senior high school math teacher adapting to the new curriculum, attempts to reveal the factors that affect the adaptability of teachers, and proposes the strategies of enhancing adaptation to the new curriculum.This article is mainly divided into four parts: Partâ… is introduction, this part analyses the related problems to the teachers'adaptation, including problem proposing, literature overview , core concept defining, and also the studying methods and process. Partâ…¡is according to investigation materials, analyses the present situation of the high school math teachers of S school adapting to the curriculum reforms, summarizes the behavior of teacher being able to adapt and being not able to adapt to the new curriculum reforms. Part III is mainly analyses the factors that affected the high school math teachers adapting to the new curriculum reform, including evaluation system factors, teacher's own factors, teaching material factors, training factors and school leaders factors. Part IV is mainly directed against the current high school math teachers in the new adaptation of the curriculum status quo, attempt to propose the strategies of enhancing adaptation to the new curriculum, mainly including setting up scientific and reasonable teachers'evaluation mechanism, teachers should enhance awareness of self-regulation to adapt to the new curriculum, improving the teaching material and ancillary exercises, improving teacher training mechanisms, dealing with the relationship between college entrance examination reform and curriculum reform rightly .
