Be accompanying the spring tide that the world curriculum reforms, our country have started the new one wheel of elementary education curriculum reform in 2001. It is a curriculum reform with max scale and most power since founding of the nation. In 2003, the ordinary high school curriculum reform is starting. The implementation of new curriculum reform brings precious development opportunity and also many difficulties for our country's education especially for the high school education. Teachers are the most direct participator in the implementation of new curriculum reform, and also the key factor of proceeding as planned of new curriculum reform; But because of peculiar national conditions in our country, the high school teacher is confronted with more difficulty and pressure, how do the high school teachers adapt to the new curriculum reform, are directly affecting the success or failure of this curriculum reforms. So strengthens this aspect the research is the urgent matter.This article mainly divides into four parts: Part I analyses the relevance problem mainly to the teacher's adaptation, including problem proposing, the concept boundary of adaptation and teacher adaptation, and also the studying process and method chose. Part II is according to investigation material, analyses the present situation of how the high school teacher of S school adapt the curriculum reforms, summing up in the behavior of teacher being able to fitting in with and being able to not adapt to the new curriculum reforms . Part III is mainly analyses the factor that affected teacher adapts to the new curriculum reforms, include teacher's own factor, teaching material factor, parent's factor and some factors such as appraising system and training system of the teacher. The Part IV based on current situation of the high school teacher adapts to the new curriculum reforms, attempts bringing forward the countermeasure strengthening teacher's adaptability , mainly including guiding a teacher to fit in with on self's own initiative , selecting and using right teaching material mostly by teacher, ensuring parents to hold out , boosting teachers working together and enhancing present teacher appraising system and training system , and so on.
