Information society has brought forward new requirements to the talented, which is challenging secondary vocational education to cultivate students' information capacity and the spirit of cooperation. So it's quite necessary to reform the traditional classroom teaching. Meanwhile, the interactive learning theory based upon constructivism theory, which attaches much importance to students' restructuring in the process of interactive learning, is drawing more and more attention. Consequently, it has become a worthwhile topic how to make use of modern educational technology to promote interactive learning in secondary vocational education.While making a detailed study of the current situation, concept connotation, theoretical basis, teaching pattern and the positive influence of network platform to interactive teaching and learning, this paper develops an interactive teaching pattern centering on BBS + BLOG on the basis of the requirements of interactive teaching in secondary vocational education: BBS being the tool of information interaction in classroom teaching, BLOG being the tool of administration in students' learning. Owing to this platform, three circles of study have been applied in line with the curriculum requirements of The Basis of Computer Application. The first study aims at learning to make use of the platform correctly; then centers on bettering teaching medium, improving autonomous studying and enhancing teacher-and-student interaction. After that, its focus is on helping students' interaction in learning and encouraging multi interactions among them. The result shows that interaction teaching on network platform bears fruits outside classroom as well in classroom. It makes possible multi interactions among teachers, students and teaching contents. It keeps students' learning motivation alive and arouses their interest in learning. It helps a lot in developing students' information capacity and cooperation spirit. In addition, it achieves the aim of improving students' ability to solve problems themselves. What's most important, interaction teaching on net work platform can be monitorable.
