The Role Conflict: Affecting Ideological And Political Teacher Identity Acknowledged' Main Factors

It has been proclaimed about the suggestions of teachers'station by the international larbor organization and united nations'science and huminities organization since 1966,teaching is the professtional activities,it is may be the specialized occupation.and it has become a common sense that international education has gradually acknowledged it too.Among the process of teachers'specialized professtion,it has gone through from the rights to the pursuit of the theachers'development, and there is a transition at the home and abroad .It has become a trend that current teachers must fulfill their obligation ,then specialized talent can be respected.as a political teacher ,they are on the specal position ,beacuse they are especially important for the collegers ideology. On the compus,many students have not independent thoughts,so they are indeed guided by the correct thoughts .Writer has found the fact that Ideological and Political teacher were thought not well high position from sociology and psychology's view. so writer will try her best to explore the new appoches to improve their statue.Because this is the first time that writer did it ,it more or less exsisted much fault.I hope our teachers can forgive it.In the thesis,writer have found"station"as a word bridge,trying to explain relation between the"indentity"and"role".Writer has interviewed more than 11 political teachers in our department.and then extracted 5 contradicted questions.such as value and knowledge,instilled into political theory and making innovations,teaching and benefits between teaching and researching which has brought, prominent culture and commom culture which is fit for the current social environment,many students have much weigh on the science courses and so on.In the following forth paragraph,Writer has done their best to conclude five countermeasures,such as teachers should put an emphasis on the collegers'soul and mind,or show their concerned on the society transition,colleague should put much attention on humanities.when common culture have already come populary people,as educationl teachers should pay close attention on how to disseminate political knowledge . at last Ideological and Political teacher must have insisted on specialized way. To make a conclude that many concrete details will elaorate attentivly in the following thesis.I believe only if political teachers have insisted on their specialized idea,some day their identity acknowledged will be perfected improved!...
