In the long terms, people always concerned the conflict of teachers'role which as a typical situation in many role conflicts. However, there are less studies aimed at the role conflicts for the ideological and political theory courses'teachers. Furthermore, at present, university students have the following performances. Their political conviction is confused; their ideal faith is fuzzy; their value orientation is twist; their good faith consciousness is light; they lack the social responsibilities; their arduous stuggle spirit is desalinate; their unity cooperation idea is bad; their psychological quality is unsatisfactory. My paper first form the concept of the teachers'role conflict in the use of the scientific methods of logical thinking. Such as the inductive method, the literature methods. My paper focus on the specificity of ideological and political theory for the teachers. And through the form which analyse the role conflict of ideological and political theory for the teachers. My paper analysis of the role conflict's problems, dig out the underlying causes of conflict. Finally, my paper put forward the concrete measures which for how to reslove the role conflict of ideological and political theory for the teachers.Becauses of the three particularities which is the sloemn awarding of course, their own demonstration on the role of personality and the pormotive to the all-round development for students, the ideological and political theory's teacher give the diret view of education to the students through their own behaviours, which is also evident from the characteristics of other professional teachers. Therefore the importance and particularities for the ideological and political theory teacher, should be what the most and the first problem which we should face to.Owing to the particularities of the ideological and political theory teachers, it will show the manifestations which differnt from the other professional teachers. The role conflict of ideological and political theory teacher have three type of manifestation. First, it initiate from the different role play to the teachers, such as the role conflict from the moral authority and the student friend. Second, it initiate from the role expectations of teachers. Third, it initiate from the fole of teachers in the classroom. After we analyse the existence form of the role conflicts, we summary two main resons. The external causes are the high expectations of teachers from the community, the pressure on the educational and environmnet, teachers lack the training. The immanet causes are analyse the teacher to excavate the reasons. That is the teacher unclear what role they play, their own place didn't adjusted for the mnetality, the accelerated renewal of knowledge. In the end, my paper summary and analysis different kind of problems and what cause it which aimed at the role conflict of ideological and political theory teacher. There are three countermeasure, mainly from three aspect, include the social community, the university and the theacher. My paper especially discussed in detail in all kind of training and development, from the establish of personality, self-positioning, to the need for self-reflection and mastery fo communication skills.
