Nowadays, computer technology is being widely used in our country, multi-media has a great influence on many fields, including on education, in which multi-media teaching plays an important role.Multi-media courseware relies on computer technology; however, technology here is just a way or a method to achieve teaching goals. There are many factors may affect teaching, it is possible for us to fail to reach the expectant teaching goals if we pay mach attention to technology. Therefore, when we use multi-media as a teaching method, we should first make sure of our purpose. If we consider multi-media courseware just as a method while information transition as the purpose, it is easy for us to generate this opinions: firstly, the task of teachers is to make multi-media courseware and present information; secondly, the task of learners is to receive information, passively, and remember it; thirdly, the courseware is an effective way to transmit information.There may be one or more than one information streams, while interact with each others, carried by multi-media courseware.
