The historical task put forward in the party's "National Congress" of "building a well-off society and accelerating socialist modernization," which emphasized to form"a learning society of universal learning, life-long learning"in order to promote the overall development. With the conception of lifelong education proposed and development of continuous learning society, the education requirements and expectations of people are increased rapidly. At the same time, current modern society also requires an effective and practical adults teaching . However, the current model of adult education is still emphased on subjects, namely, indoctrination to accept. It is far behind the requirements of the times, and also unable to meet the needs of adults development. Thus an urgent need to build one or a number of open, integrated, innovative teaching model in the active participation of adults to enhance their ability and put what they have learned into practice in order to solve their life and career problems.To the"network teaching", it has a long way to go not only from the mind awareness but also from the self-practice. Currently, the mind awareness is before thinking in the network teaching development. On the development of the concept, it lack of innovation and the resource exploitation is in a low level. On the development of efficiency, it only cares the modality but neglects the results. Due to its own characteristics of network teaching, for example, the separation of space and time, the electronic of teaching medium, the Internet communication style, the different role of teacher and student etc. which result in a series of problems. Learners are not accustomed to there is no teacher at side, and have no patience to read the words online. They know little about the requirements of the curriculum teaching, and in order to finish their homework, they have to spend a lot of time to find the related information. Teacher also know little about network teaching, they believe it is just the easy"moving"of resource curriculum. They still adopt some traditional teaching strategies and methods. Online communication between teachers and students impeded, the language barrier still exists. This makes the quality of online education is not only no more than traditional education, but sometimes more inefficiency than traditional teaching. Adult leaners is various in constituion , learning motivation, ways of thinking, education level and age. However, their understanding, the ability to analyze problems, self-learning ability of the new knowledge and have strong ability to identify.Therefore, how can we make the adults network teaching more effective? This study attempts to analyze the various factors of network teaching from the dissemination point and the overall perspective point of view. First of all, it analyzes the existing teaching model and outstanding courses, on this basis construct an ideal model for network teaching. Then it analyzes the idea network teaching adults, communicator, media and teaching itslef in each chapter to make network teaching more effective. Taloy said when we select first-class staff for work, we are continously training efficient first- class students from the ideal framework.This research tries to conclude the successful experience of network teaching in an ideal state, just as Newton's first theorem, which analyzes the force and power relations in the friction-free environment, trying to set up a model and framework of network teaching. At the decomposition and derivation of various factors, we find some teaching fields can be continued and improved to make the network teaching more standardized."Only the standard to the Internet, resources can be shared."It makes the international sharing and operation of resources simple. Educators can make some supplements according to the characteristic of different subjects in this general model, to achieve the desired effectiveness of teaching. Educational technologist is no longer the supplementary educator, but the leading education experts. Therefore, the exploration of online education should be duty-bound responsibility.
