The key to cultivate modern farmers relies on vocational and technical education of farmers, the country provides some policies'assurance for the development of vocational and technical education of farmers, but with China's accession to WTO, higher education is market-oriented,popular,globalization and autonomy of schools,diversification of the demand ,the historical process growing up,all types of universities at all levels face increasing competition,as an integral part of China's higher education ,vocational and technical education of farmers is also faced with the enormous natural competition. In recent years, the agricultural colleges come out a number of issues in the process of reform and development,some local governments are in the lack of sufficient awareness of the importance to the development of vocational and technical education of farmers;investments are insufficient, infrastructure is weak, teaching conditions are poor; school location is not accurate, professional setting is unreasonable, teachers are inadequate, quality of education is poor etc.These problems make vocational and technical education of farmers graduallydecline, loss of competitiveness.Brand is a product of the development of the market, it is not just a product or service's names and logos.Like commercial brands, the University brand has become a symbol that identifies the level of a university,strength in scientific and technological innovation.However, academic point of view from brand research to vocational and technical education of farmers has little.
