The famous educator in modern China, Mei Yiqi once said, a university means not only buildings but also masters. It shows that the teachers are important for the university. The unitary structure and development situation of teaching faculty are directly affecting the universities'talent training quality, strength and growth potential. Through summarizing existing research results, interviewing the persons who are professionally engaged in management, generalizing their comments and opinions, the thesis summarize the basic-situation of teaching faculty in universities. After the extension of college student enrollment, the full-time teachers'situation has gradually changes in the quantity, the educational history structure, the professional titles structure and the age structure. But there were some gaps between the changes and the regulations of the State.There are some quantity and structure problems in teaching faculty in universities, so the thesis chooses the Cybernetics Theory as the theory tool. In order to standard the administration, it needs to control the teaching faculty information. The whole process can be divided into three stages:confirm the standard, measure the performance and correct the warp. The first step is confirming the standard, which should be standardization. In this thesis, the standards are based on the six random spots in teaching faculty indicator, which was from the "level of job of teaching of undergraduate course of common colleges and universities evaluates program (for trial implementation)". The program was promulgated by the higher education department of the Ministry of Education in 2004. The second step is measure the performance. The thesis tries to use the Modern Information Technology to construct the teaching faculty management system. The system collects the relevant data of the teaching faculty management, then compares it with the standard data and finds the warp. The last step is correct the warp. Through analyzing the data, it can realize the present situation and questions of the teaching faculty. Thereby it can help manger to make decision, take measures and correct the warp. The thesis uses the Network Information Technology and Data Mining Technology to measure the data and analyze the information. Then screening and analyzing the data, searching the cross-sectional and longitudinal relationship between the data. At last, the system showing the conclusion t to the users in a diagram form.
