Reflective teaching can promote the rapid growth of teachers to complete from the "teacher" to "educator" changes.Let teachers continue to introspect, feedback, course corrections and sum up the gains and losses in the work in time , accumulated experience, and rise to the level of theory in the process of teaching and educating, also can learn useful knowledge from students, peers and studies at home and abroad for our own use, constantly sum up and explore, to become a research-based teacher, It's is consistent with the requirement of new curriculum. The vigorous development of reflective teaching can promote the smooth implementation and perfection of new curriculum ideas.This paper introduces the concept of reflective teaching, theory and development direction, discusses content and methods of reflective teaching of chemistry teachers in Senior High school, trying to find the reflective teaching's foothold and possibility of the implementation in chemistry teaching of high school.This paper has done a useful exploration about reflective teaching in chemistry teaching, striving to play a role in attracting valuable opinions in this regard, to make the method penetrated into chemistry teaching organically, further improve the teaching quality of chemistry teachers, provide an idea for chemistry teachers in high school to reflect on teaching practice.
