Classroom management is an objective reality with a long history, which comes out of the school education. Because of the school education, there are some situations of teaching and learning activities. But in ancient times there are only few words to express the issue of education in the area of classroom management. Until the middle of the 20th century,the classroom management got much concern as a specialized area of research. Many experts and scholars have made a lot of research results, but the views are different and the research on the classroom management of some subject is lacking.This article is about how to acheieve efficient classroom management of history class in the middle school by analizing the following problems. History Teachers has no the awareness of classroom management; they has no clear understanding on their classroom management objects; they don't have the consciousness of preventing the problems which are likely to happen; they don't have the spirits of team-work ;as for the means of Management the authoritarian approach plays large part. For the causes of the above problems,they are as follows:the teachers themselves do not have a strong sense of their jobs,thus they have no proper attitudes; teachers don't arrange their teaching according to their objects and the contexts and thus in a large extent affect the management of classroom teaching effectiveness;moreover,teachers don't have firm professional theory and knowledge and the competence of teaching is poor;they are lack of the nessearary knowledge of classroom management, do not pay attention to scientific management methods; the traditional concepts also impact the relationship between teachers and students .here, the writer offer some strategies to improve the effience classroom management in history class: building a good relationship between teachers and students; organization and management of good teaching; to establish and perfect the system of classroom management; history teachers should work together to work out more good outcomes etc.Through the study of classroom management in history class, I hope to enrich the theory of classroom management and teaching practice in history and they can provide theoretical support and guide the development of better teaching of history, to achieve the goal of history education to do something modest.
