The transfer of knowledge between teachers and students is carried out in a series of skillful ways.How to improve the teaching efficiency in the short 40 minute history classroom teaching is a problem that every history teacher is committed to studying?The main question is a question that can “lead the whole body with one question” compared with “broken questions and broken matches” in classroom teaching.It has the effect of ”one question is worth more questions",and plays an important role in improving students' thinking and classroom efficiency.Through literature collection,case analysis and other ways,the author studies the design of the main problems in junior middle school history teaching.This paper takes the main problem teaching method which is being carried out in Kangbashi district of Ordos City,Inner Mongolia,as an example to study.Through the teaching theory research,the predecessor experience summary as well as own unceasing exploration has obtained the certain result.In the application of the main problem teaching method,the principle of overall optimization and the principle of effectiveness should be followed.The design of the main problem is the key to the teaching method,breakthrough the difficulties in teaching and effective collection of relevant historical materials.After designing the main problem,the teacher should present the problem to the students in the form of study plan,and the students should solve the main problem by self-study and cooperative inquiry.Through nearly three years of exploration,some achievements have been obtained,students‘ understanding of the knowledge structure of historical events has been strengthened,students' ability of cooperative exploration and logical thinking has been cultivated,and the key is to improve their grades,to lay the foundation for students' life long development..The author has been engaged in junior middle school history teaching for more than five years.In this paper,the theory is combined with practice,and is closely integrated with the history teaching and research of Kangbashi district.At the same time,he is seriously studying this teaching method with the colleagues of Kangbashi No.2 Middle School,in this paper,a large number of teaching cases are used to explain the teaching theory,hoping to play a role in the Tossing out a brick to get a jade gem.
