At present, most of the domestic studies about the relationship between work-family of Primary and secondary school teachers concentrate on two points:One is work-family conflict, the other is job burnout However, works on school teacher's work-family enrichment and its related researches are rare. This research based on Greenhaus (2006)'s theoretical model,, we developed a questionnaire of primary and secondary teachers'work-family enrichment with Chinese characteristics, and analyzed the relationships of related demographic variable and the school teachers'work-family enrichmentWe proposed systematically and completely the study on the relationship of work-family of primary and secondary school teachers from the perspective of resource for the first time. Based on domestic and foreign related research results, we developed a questionnaire of primary and secondary school teacher's work-family enrichment with good reliability and validity, in which several methods were used, such as literature analysis, interview, questionnaire survey, explorative factor analysis, confirmative factor analysis, etc., We explored different resources in work and family and their impact on another area. Furthermore, we surveyed the characteristic of teachers'work-family enrichment, which was helpful to improve teachers'health, satisfaction and performance.At last, we obtained results as follows:(1) We found two directions. One was work-to-family enrichment (A subscale) which contained three factors named professional quality, interpersonal and remuneration, the other was family-to-work enrichment (B subscale) which contained four factors named interpersonal, attitude, skill, physical and mental health. This questionnaire had good reliability and validity, which could be used to test work-family enrichment of teachers.(2) The level of primary and secondary school teachers'work-family enrichment was medium.(3) There was significant difference between ages. Results showed that 41~50 year-old teachers could feel more work-to-family enrichment and family-to-work enrichment(4) The significant seniority difference was found and teachers with more than 16 years'seniority felt more work-to-family enrichment and family-to-work enrichment(5) The significant marriage difference was found. In the married state, the teachers felt stronger family-to-work enrichment(6) The school teacher's work-family enrichment in the parent's role has remarkable difference, highest work-to-family enrichment and family-to-work enrichment in the students in college, lowest work-to-family enrichment and family-to-work enrichment in the child on kindergarten.(7) There was significant difference in education. Results showed that the following specialist qualifications of teachers feel more work-to-family enrichment and family-to-work enrichment than the other qualifications.(8) There was no significant difference between teachers who were head teachers or not.(9) There was no significant difference on school type.
