"Think manager,think man." In modern corporate organizations,female leaders face multiple obstacles in social,organizational and personal dimensions.However,the number of female leaders is gradually increasing,and the value of women as managers is constantly being valued.Women's advantages are becoming more prominent when disadvantages are disappearing,and positive social identity has changed the traditional perception of women.Organizational support,flat modern corporate organizational forms,and effective leadership styles have enabled women to gain greater career development space and positive changes in work and family roles,thereby affecting the women leadership effectiveness.Therefore,the paper will study the relationship between work family enrichment and female leadership effectiveness based on work family enrichment theory,conservation of resources theory and broaden and build theory,which explore How the improvement of roles and family roles affect leadership from two paths:work to family enrichment and family to work enrichment.Based on the background,this study uses interview research and questionnaire research to prove the relationship between work family enrichment and female leadership effectiveness.The first study uses qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)to analyze the interview data of 58 female leaders,which verifies female leaders' work roles and family roles have a synergistic effect,and positive emotions have a certain impact on female leadership effectiveness.Based on this,the second study introduces positive emotions as mediating variable,uses questionnaire surveys to collect effective matching data from 193 female leader teams(648 team members).The results show that work family enrichment(WFE)is positive to female leadership effectiveness,positive emotions play a mediating role in this process.Family support plays a positive role in family to work enrichment(FTWE)and positive emotions,but the moderating effect of work support is not significant.What's more,family support plays a positive role in the indirect role of family to work enrichment(FTWE)influencing female leadership effectiveness through positive emotions and the higher family support,the stronger the mediating effect of positive emotions.The research innovations are as follows:one is to discuss the improvement of female leadership effectiveness in work and family situations,and the research objects and problems are typical and representative;the second is to use diversified research methods and multi-angles to conduct problem research;the third is to enrich the empirical research of domestic female leadership effectiveness.The research contributions are as follows:the first is to make up for the deficiencies of previous research by researching on the relationship between work and family from a positive perspective in theory,which discover the significant influence of emotions on leadership effectiveness and the positive role of family support;the second is to suggest that company need to optimize the female career development path,and at the same time female leaders need to give full play to their own advantages and give play to the positive role of family in work.
