Along with our country planned economy system to market economy system transition.In the past two decades,China's labor market has undergone significant changes.In modern society,the increasing number of dual-earner families and the aging of population indicate that employees are about to face more and more work and family demands.How to balance the relationship between work and family is very important for Chinese enterprises and employees.Since the 1980 s,the study of work-family gain has attracted more and more attention from domestic and foreign scholars.Work resources are one of the contents of work characteristics.The improvement of work characteristics has an important impact on individual work and family.Through their own work remodeling,improve the level of work resources,not only can improve the performance of employees.With the spillover effect of resources,it can also improve the overall efficiency of the family field.As a kind of relational leadership,inclusive leadership also has a positive impact on employees' families by establishing highquality exchange relationships.Therefore,based on the work-family gain dual-path model theory and social exchange theory,this paper selects four variables of job crafting,work-family enrichment,job resources,and inclusive leadership from the perspective of working resources,to construct a model to study the influencing factors and paths on workfamily enrichment.This paper surveyed 259 employees from different industries and positions in Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Wuhan,Zhengzhou and other places.Through the previous literature review,the paper identifies models and scales,collects questionnaires in the form of questionnaires,and conducts data analysis and hypothesis testing on valid research samples through SPSS and AMOS software.The results show that: job crafting has a significant positive impact on work-family enrichment.Job resources have a partial intermediary role between job crafting and work-family enrichment.Inclusive leadership regulates the impact of job resources on work-family enrichment.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:Innovation in research perspective.This paper extends the impact of work reshaping to the family sector and verifies the positive impact of job crafting on work-family enrichment from a resource perspective.Verification of the diffusion of job resources between job crafting and work-family enrichment reveals the intermediary role of resources in the work and family sectors.Point out the work-family enrichment strategy based on the resource perspective,which makes the research on the influencing factors of work-family enrichment under Chinese localization more abundant.
