A Case Study On Community Attachment Status Of The Commercial Housing Community In City

Community is a social unit and the cell of society, and is a miniature reflection of social development. Our community construction began to rise and flourish in 80 years in the 20th century. It has gone through three stages of development, and gradually formed some distinctive patterns, has made significant progresses. But we are still in the initial stages of community construction now, the dual power of community development is not in the same level, the power of the government is often greater than the strength of the self-government, which leads to us often attach importance to the hardware construction in the process of building our communities, neglecting the cultivation of a sense of community in people's mental level, and the residents are in a relatively weak sense of belonging.Community attachment is a subjective consciousness study of community residents, and is from a human point of view to research community. To study this theme in the relatively weak sense of belonging of our community residents has important theoretical significance and practical significance for our construction of a harmonious community.The commercial housing community in city as a new community is developed in recent years. The process of building the sense of belonging their communities are mostly from scratch, which is from not any emotional foundation to the establishment of a deep emotional, and is different from a traditional community or neighborhood-based community which are have emotional foundation. It is gradually established and developed after the artificial construction. The cross-sectional surveys and case studies of the sense of belongings in this type of community can truly reflect that the sense of belonging to community are in what state in our new community type. It has important practical significance in our new types community building.This article is on the basis of the relative study of the community attachment, as the Weifang Y community for the investigation objects, through the questionnaire survey, case interviews, participant observation and other methods to obtain information. First of all, the author analysis the current status of community attachment in commercial housing communities in general, then through the SPSS statistical analysis to understand the factors that affect the community attachment, and come to the basic conclusions at last.
