Research On The Community Incorporation Of The Old People In The Affordable Housing Community

Since the 1980s,with the development of China's urbanization process,mainly for the urban plate renewal and government-led urbanization process,along with the derivative of a new urban community community staff is more special,mainly from the city of the demolition resettlement of residents,rural farmers,subsistence allowances and difficult groups.Because of the particularity of their personnel composition and the special nature of the social housing community,most of them live in the elderly,which is difficult to integrate into the new community.In this social environment,the protection of housing communities for the elderly community integration issues aroused our concern.This article will be the protection of housing for the elderly community as a research object,concerned about the status of their community integration,analysis of the impact of their community into the reasons and thinking about how to work through the concept of social housing to improve the elderly community integration degree.Through the author's nearly one year of participatory observation,using the case study method,the document collection method and the interview method,the J community in Nanjing as an example,the investigation and research on the community integration of the J community found that J community elderly in the aspect of integration,there are some problems,such as difficulty in economic integration,difficulty in behavior adaptation,difficulty in cultural integration and difficulty in psychological recognition,etc.The reasons for the difficulty of integration of the elderly community in the affordable housing community are analyzed from the perspective of ecosystem.And put forward some suggestions from the perspective of social work.
