In China, Reflective Studying Ability in Mathematics grows rapidly at the beginning of 21st century. It is a trend of reflective question study in Mathematics field after 90s of 20th century. However, the concept is changing nowadays, that is from teachers' "teaching" to both teachers' "teaching" and students' "studying". This is another landmark of the maturity of theory. According to the modern cognition psychology, the study of Mathematic thinking depends on the reflective thinking of the students. The conscious reflective thinking is always in the process of acquisition and practice of mathematic thinking. Therefore, the cultivation of reflective thinking in Mathematics teaching may surpass the disadvantage of traditional Mathematics learning, enrich and develop the students' learning method and create a new way of self-study for students.From the changing perspective of development of learning theory, this paper explores the cultivation of reflective thinking of students in mathematics study. With analyzing the situation of it, this paper, by using modern teaching study method attempts to design the format of reflective learning ability cultivation in mathematics teaching on the basis of the core element of mathematics reflective thinking, according to the modern cognition theory and teaching design theory. On the basis of analyzing the core elements of mathematics Reflective learning ability , this paper poses the teaching design elements in the cultivation of Reflective learning ability in the process of the mathematics teaching , using the modern ways of educational study and at the same time investigating the ways of fostering mathematics Reflective learning ability according to the cognitive theory and teaching design theory ,and at the same time put it into the practice of senior high school's mathematics teaching .Finally, by self examining the study, this paper brings up the questions and developing tendency. The main outcome of the study:1 Analyzing the core element of reflecting learning ability.The motivation of Mathematics, the knowledge of mathematics, the monitoring of mathematics2. The investigation and analysis on the senior high school students' mathematics Reflective learning abilityThere exist distinct differences in the motivation ,knowledge and monitor of mathematics Reflective learning ability between students who are good at learning mathematics and those who are not3. Establishing the practicing conception of reflective learning cultivation in mathematics teachingConfirm the teaching target, make clear the direction of teaching design; adjust the structure of teaching, change to the process participate and design; follow closely the abstract of theory, pay attention to the teaching technology support; deeper understanding the connotation of evaluation, construct the reasonable evaluating structure.4. Construct the teaching design element of reflective design elements in mathematics thinking cultivation.According to the mathematics thinking teaching, launch the learning motivate system, practice carrying out specific method of reflective study; form the reflective thinking learning cultivation by circulating.
