Knowledge, ability and quality are the three essential factors of contemporary educational target. There is knowledge but no ability, it is impossible applying the knowledge to practice, and we can' t come to the four demands of education in the 21st century: learning cognition, learning to work, learning to survive, learning to live together, that UNESCO has posed. Education not only gives students' knowledge, but also cultivates their ability; it is the important contents of quality education, Mathematics remands us to research in deep gradually for ability. Formerly, we are always more concerned on the students' mathematics ability construction whose elements still in hot debate .Many researchers only focus on theoretical discussion. However, we need to make clear the students' actual mathematical ability during teaching practice, so that we take suitable teaching method and stratagem in terms of actual condition, developing students' mathematics ability. Only by this way, can the theory be completed .
