Curriculum reform, calls for effective teaching idea, and calls for teacher's professional consciousness. In the high school Chinese classroom, teachers' teaching language plays a non-ignorable role in effective education, while on the initiative of the subjectivity teaching, it is necessary for teachers to reflect the effectiveness of classroom teaching language. This paper based on classroom teaching language as the object of study, scanning the teaching of high school Chinese language teachers, so as to effectively play the role of language teaching.The Chinese teaching language refers to the language teacher in preaching, imparting knowledge, answering questions, developing students' intelligence, cultivating students' character in the use of language. This paper selects the narrow sense of teaching language, refers specifically to the voiced teachers' language in Chinese class. The effective teaching language not only has demonstrativeness, aesthetic and enlightening, but also the combination of edutainment and experience, universality and pertinence, presumption and production. Whether the teaching language is effective or not, teachers should note classroom observation, grasp the opportunity of classroom teaching and combine the students' subjective learning, in order to guide the students to immerse in classroom teaching consciously, improve the classroom efficiency. Under the premise of sticking to teaching material and understanding students, creating question language environment, attracting students to pay attention to course contents, enlightening students think actively, training their independent thinking and language performance ability. In teaching, teachers also should pay attention to student's psychological experience and innermost feelings, adopting various evaluation methods to close the distance between teachers and students, promoting student's study enthusiasm, strengthening the knowledge transmission and acceptance.This paper uses a method of combining theory and teaching practice to research. Through the design of teachers' classroom language questionnaire, analyzes and researches the results to find the general problem exists in high school Chinese classroom teaching language, analyzes the influence teachers' teaching effectiveness of deep factors. The union teaching observation and the author's teaching practice, the selection organization regulates teaching language, elaborate question language, and flexible use comment to explore and discuss the effectiveness strategy of classroom teaching language. This paper also put forward for teachers teaching language study through the teaching cases design, from the teachers carry out effective language teaching notes put forward methods of improving middle school Chinese classroom language situation.On the research of the effectiveness of high school Chinese teaching language is conducive to the Chinese teachers to deepen understanding the effectiveness of classroom language, supplying instruction for Chinese teachers, makes teaching language more scientific and reasonable. On this basis trying to find schemes to solve the implementation problems, going for the promotion of teachers' quality and pursuing the goal of professional ascension.
