With the further progress of The 2nd Curriculum Reform in Shanghai, our mother language teaching --- the Chinese language teaching has been focused on by more and more people. The Chinese language teachers have been faced with a new challenge. That is how to arouse students'passion and responsibility to inherit the culture of our mother language and to learn it independently at the information era with the grand and ancient Chinese culture history.With the total updating of the teaching carrier --- the textbook of the Chinese language, its teaching approach is also changing and developing. And then the efficient and effective teaching has been drawing more and more attention of some scholars and experts together with the common language teachers and it has become our research objective. In the research project, one of the most important aspects is that how to promote the teaching quality with the help of effective classroom communication and interaction, how to carry forward the personal character independence, and awaken the awareness of human independence. Thus, this research project is under the direction of constructivism and metacognition , and it is also combined with the teaching practice using the strategies of observation, literature and investigation. This research project has focused on the secondary school students of the first year, and try to raise students'language learning interests, to raise the individual language teaching standard, and to enhance the classroom language teaching.
