A Research On Community Sports Present Situation And Development Strategy In Qiqihar City

Qiqihar is an old industrial city. Along with the deepening of China's economic system reform and the dividing of social structure function continually, there are many difficulties in constructing Qiqihar's community sports. In order to promote the continuous development of community sports in Qiqihar, this paper uses some study methods such as the literature material, the questionnaire survey, logical analytic and mathematical statistics and other ones to investigate community sports conditions, organization and management in Qiqihar. The results show that:1. To participate in community sports activities personnel, retired middle, the elderly accounted for the vast majority of women than men, they are the main groups in our community sports activities, they participate in community sports activities are mainly aimed at strengthening physical, Entertainment psychosomatic and promote the exchange of feelings.2. Qiqihar city, the community mainly health-fitness activities, entertainment, and non-competitive nature of content-based, slightly different in winter and summer, most residents prefer to participate in 1 ~ 2 physical fitness activities, recreational area major parks, squares, community-owned venues as well as community open space, the monthly expenditure on sports consumption is not high.3. Residents to participate in community sports schedule, the summer and winter, large changes in the average weekly frequency of exercise there is a strong seasonal characteristics of the summer to participate in sports will increase the number of winter will have decreased.4. Qiqihar city community sports facilities is also relatively scarce, in particular, the lack of indoor sports venues, community sports are basically no fixed source of funding. Residents within the community sports facilities, satisfaction is not high on the Evaluation of management of community sports in general.5. The community settings are less full-time sports person in charge, most from the retirees concurrently, this is now a common practice in various communities. In which more women than men, with the characteristics of the prime of life, community sports activities mainly a way to carry out community-based organizations, community sports exchange is increased, subject to weather factors, can persist for many years of community sports activities less.6. Qiqihar City to establish a set of community sports management system from top to bottom, but the organization and management systems are still inadequate and improvement have not formed network of community sports management service system. Comparing the lack of a full-time community sports instructors, part-time sports instructors, mostly retirees in the sports enthusiasts, sports people can not be scientific guidance.7.
