An Analysis Of Three-lines Long Jumpers' Quality Selection Indicators And Evaluation Criterion In Shanghai

There are still some differences in the current selection system of three lines long jumpers, though it is up to the national leading level. The operability, non-quantifiable indicators of the current selection systerm need to be improved. some indicators of the quality of the testing methods and tools fails to be improved in time ,which increased the possibilities of data errors. so the selection reliability and validity were affected by them. Meanwhile the rate of talent decreased, which did bring a great loss to Shanghai sports. In recent years, Shanghai has no outstanding athletes in the long jump. In order to develop more excellent jumpers ,the development and improvement should be carried out urgently.This study is based on the newly six quality indicators in the "Spring Bud Plan of Action" in Shanghai(100-meter standing run, standing long jump, five-step run-up five stride jump, sitting from the back edge, Sit and Reach).Then give a quality test to the 114 jumpers(male 54, female 60) whose bone ages between 11to14 in 15 districts and counties in Shanghai Amateur Sports School. By the base ratio, chain and other statistical analysis, we san explore the three-line jumpers'physique development law; And then we analyze the relationships between the six quality indicators and long jump performance that a multiple regression equation of the key quality indicators and long jump results can be set up, so that all the quality categories of indicators are more in line with the competitive winning factors and competitive capacities.Introducing the quality of the winning factors into the selection system and improving the testing means and tools of the indicators can reduce the possible error and make the data more exact. What's more, the improvements of the reliability and validity can avoid the possible selection mistakes to the best. At the same time, the rate of talent can be increased greatly. All of these will not only play an important role in selecting the excellent reserved long jumpers for all coaches in Shanghai,but also can offer effective reference to the selection of all coaches.
