The new curriculum's implementation brings a big opportunity but also a series of challenges to the teachers'professional development in our primary and middle school. The new curriculum requires teachers to have higher education theory of modern knowledge and reasonable knowledge structure, stronger teaching, management ability,education scientific research innovation ability, healthy psychological quality included. All these bring about a new challenge for traditional education, teaching education theory, knowledge structure and comprehensive ability. However, due to the gap between the overall quality of teachers in primary school and the requirements of the new curriculum's full implementation,the incompletion in teachers'education theory, poor teacher's virtue,week teaching and management ability,bad level in the scientific research, it becomes a necessarily to put forward the principle of "training after induction, and no training,no induction"on teachers training,even the administrative personnel and the school headers are also requested,so that the basic education curriculum reform can be done successfully.For recent years, primary school teachers in poor areas have made a great progress in their professional quality, After new curriculum training for years. But, there are still much problem, of which most one is the poor training of the new curriculum for the primary school teachers in a whole, which are criticized by the publics. Therefore, it is imminent to reform and perfect the new curriculum training for our primary school teachers.This paper centers on the problem of new curriculum training for teachers in the in poor areas' primary school, based on researching in reality and learning in the documentation by exampling the primary teachers'training in Donglan County, guangxi zhuang autonomous province of China. It analyzes the reasons for the problems by researching the local condition of the poor areas,learning from domestic and foreign relevant researches, Suggestions given by the experts,top excellent teachers.more importantly,it offers a valuable, practical advice and measures on training of primary school teachers in poor areas. In all,this paper states from three aspects as followed.Firstly:The situation and problems of new curriculum training for primary school teachers in Donglan County. Through the investigation and study, it reveals the problems of Primary school in Donglan County:1.Unreasonable training aim 2.The in completed training working.3.The poor training effectiveness.Secondly:The reasons for the problems of new curriculum training for primary school teachers in Donglan County. Through researching the local situation of primary school in Donglan County,it analyzes the reason of the lackings on the county elementary school teacher training in three main ones.1.The weak Service Capability of Training organizations 2.The mass authority 3.The imperfect management of training.Thirdly:Advice and measures on how to solve the problems of new curriculum training for primary school teachers in poor areas. By learning from domestic and foreign relevant researches, Suggestions given by the experts, top excellent teachers, it offers some feasible advice and measures in three mains ones 1.To strengthen training on capability,set an objective training aim 2.To make progress in the development of training teachers team so as to meet the requirements of the new curriculum 3.To improve the facilities for teachers training.
