Study On Development Tactics For Sports Tourism In Undeveloped Areas Of Hebei Province

Since Chinese economic reform the social and economic development of our country has obtained the remarkable result.With continuously improved people’s living level, the life style and consumption idea have changed dramatically, paying more attention to promote the quality of their own life.While as a new way of leisure fitness activities Sports Tourism began to walk into people’s lives and be more popular which can bring considerable economic interest, promoting the development of social and economic effectively owing to the general expense community and the huge expense potential.Undeveloped areas in Hebei province with unique natural environment, long historical standing of social development and rich sports tourism resources, which geographical location advantages are obvious.But as undeveloped it faced with many kinds of adverse factors such as the economic backward development, construction of infrastructure facilities, inadequate funding shortages and lacking of qualified personnel. So it is significant to adopt various methods to overcome their development constraints which has faced,and rationally use of its advantages to develop sports tourism of the less developed areas of social and economic development in Hebei Province. Not only can it contribute effectively to the development of tourism in the region, it also can pull the effective regional economic development which is able to facilitate the early in shaking off poverty and get rich.In the paper it mainly uses the methods of Literature material, Field visits, Mathematical statistics, and Logical analysis. First, through using the literature material systematically can i read the correlation work as well as the literature,which has provided the background material and the rationale for the paper research.Second, Field visits can let us understand various localities of this area.And Mathematics statistics through the use of statistical software Excel it can get the collected data charted and analyzed.The final adoption of the Logical analysis it can induct and inference to the writings literature, statistical data and analysis to the situation and draw up the relevant development policy.This paper research framework is mainly divided into four parts:the first part is review of the literature.It mainly carries on the elaborate explanation to the domestic and foreign research and the development situation present, the sports traveling’ concept and the related basic theory.The second part mainly introduces the basic situation of the less developed in Hebei province and analyzed the situation of the local sports tourism from the two angles of project promoting and social and economy.The third part mainly analysis about the development of the less developed areas of Hebei Sporting Tourism conducting SWOT, especially those relevant success stories whose have beneficial development experience.The fourth part mainly put forward the corresponding counter measures and proposals.The conclusions of this paper are primarily the following three points:Firstly, from comprehensively analyzing to the present situation of the less developed areas in Hebei province and sports tourism overall situation found that the local economy development lags behind, and sports tourism industry obtained the preliminary development but still smaller. Sports Travel for the tourism industry overall contribution is small and had played a role in the promotion of social employment and fostering the development of related industries but the effect is not obvious.Secondly, through conducting a SWOT analysis from Sports Tourism in undeveloped areas of HeBei it found that developing advantages and disadvantages, and opportunities and challenges coexisting. The advantages exit in the rich tourist resources, the obvious position transportation superiority and the latent huge expense market; Facing disadvantages are the shortage of personnel for the supervision, a weak economic foundation, the lack of regulatory, the relatively small scale of development, lacking of brand, and ineffective publicity strategy and falling behind supporting facilities; While the opportunity of the policy vigorously supporting especially the Winter Olympic Games in 2022 successful application and the Beijing and Tianjin,Hebei integration coordination development will bring some influence. The challenges are the competition of the around market and the needs of tourists diversification as well as the talent Siphon effect effect on the neighboring big cities.Thirdly,based on understanding of the situation of the less developed areas of Hebei province’s Sports Travel development and the SWOT analysis, particularly in the context of the experience of successful cases have formulated the following the appropriate strategies:(1)According to different characteristics it can make featured products.(2)It can focus on the training and introduction of personnel.(3)We should establish a brand image and actively undertake a large-scale events.(4)At the same time it should strengthen department cooperation and expand advertising.(5)It is encouraged to be many kinds of capital investment and strengthen the construction and development of ancillary facilities.(6)It is priority to resource conservation and development.
