Teachers pre-job training, since the 1990's to the present has been introduced in more than ten years. Spontaneous from several provinces and cities to implement later in the nationwide general practice, pre-job training of teachers in universities is an important role has been recognized by society as a whole.Training before the object is about to go to work as the new teachers, through training so that they can get more knowledge, like teaching skills, teaching methods, improve, assist them to form a teaching concept. Through pre-job training to enable them to complete the role of rapid change, the more smoothly the work of qualified university teachers.In this study, as pre-job training of university teachers in Chongqing a case, from the University Teachers at the current situation, the access to relevant literature, and then analyzed based on the pre-job training in Chongqing City to track the status of the investigation, combined with specific lectures, classroom observations, interviews, questionnaires, training, feedback and so after a comprehensive analysis to explore the pre-job training for college teachers in the organization and management, teachers participating in the training, training content, training forms and methods of training time, training, assessment, etc. existing problems, the situation analysis and reflection, the proposed solutions and strategies accordingly. Text is divided into five parts:Part I:Introduction. Introduced the study of the origin, background, meaning and value. Defined the scope of the study and the main concepts; on the relevant literature was basically carding; clarified, ideas and approach to the study.Part II:College Teachers at theoretical thinking. The part of the pre-job training of college teachers described the theoretical basis, purpose, content and the nature, function and characteristics.Part III:The current situation of pre-job training.Some combination of the investigation described the implementation of pre-job training. Part IV:The problem and reason. This section describes the pre-job training organizations, managers of university teachers, participating in the training of teachers, training content, training forms, training time, training, assessment and other aspects of the problems, and analysis of the causes for the solving strategy to prepare.Part V:specific strategries.Obtained for the existence of the problem by investigating the solving strategy. Managed separately from the organization, participating in the training of teachers, content, form, time, assessment and other aspects of adjustment, to increase the effect of pre-job training, play a greater role.
