Research On The Talent Training Mode Of "Excellent Football Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools" In Capital University Of Physical Education And Sports

The key point to develop football industry in China is to develop teenager football,and the key point to develop teenager football is to popularize &promote football in school.In June of 2009,the General Administration of Sport cooperated with the Ministry of Education to start a project-national teenager school football project;in 2010,the State Council published the Outline of National Medium & Long-Term Program for Education Reform and Development;meanwhile,the Ministry of Education has started a four main university personnel training program in part of domestic universities.These programs are all researches to find out a new way of education.In response to the economical& social change brought by the overall deepen of comprehensive education reform,for the purpose of popularizing football and deepening school football development,the Capital University of Physical Education and Sports established“the experiment class of elite teachers of physical educational(football)of middle & primary school” to train more high quality backup personnel for Beijing.The thesis is try to guarantee all the works of the experiment class are carried out smoothly.This thesis conducted the research in four dimensions,which are Personnel training objective,Personnel training management system & training procedure,Course results and Evaluation,to conduct the research on the personnel training mode of the “experiment class of elite teachers of physical educational(football)of middle & primary school”.Questionnaire survey,interview,observation and analysis are also used to research on the 101 trainees of four grades of the “experiment class of elite teachers of physical educational(football)of middle & primary school”,we also interviewed the administrative leadership and instructors of the experiment class,and used comparative research method to made comparison between the training mode of the experiment class and the special class for physical education majors.The research results are as follow: 1,The training objective of experiment class of elite teachers of physical educational(football)of middle & primary school is more specific and teaching contents of it are more abundant;2,Class hours conflict,some grades has too much subjects,which makes it easily to have conflicts with the experiment class;3,The instructors of the experiment class have a novel way of teaching,and the trainees are highly motivated;4,There are still some questions and problems found in practise to be solved.In response to the results above,I hereby give suggestions as follow: 1,Set a standard for the personnel training of the experiment class of elite teachers of physical educational(football)of middle & primary school;2,Guarantee the organizational & logistics service for the the experiment class;3,Balance the relationship between teaching and practising;4,Perfect the operational mechanism of the experiment class.
