Pre-service training for university teachers is the college's vocational training for new teachers.Pre-service training in universities has been developing for nearly 30 years since the 1990 s,laying a solid foundation for cultivating a batch of excellent teaching and research talents for higher education in China.In June 2016,the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Starting the Implementation of the National Training Demonstration Project for New Teachers in Colleges and Universities" was issued,followed closely by provinces and cities in the recent two years.The paper and the new policy put forward new tasks and requirements for pre-service training for college teachers.However,as far as the pre-service training of various colleges and universities is concerned,although the work is continuously improving,there are still deficiencies.There are many researches on pre-service training for college teachers from the perspective of managers.There are few studies on the needs of participants from the perspective of participants.Based on the existing data,this article innovatively uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to conduct an empirical study of pre-campus training in universities.It innovatively examines the pre-service training status,problems,and attribution of problems from the perspective of participants,and proposes improvements.The measures for pre-service training in colleges and universities are expected to make a little contribution to pre-service training in colleges and universities.First of all,this paper sorts out the relevant national policy basis for pre-service training for college teachers,and elaborates the theoretical basis of the pre-service training for university teachers under the perspective of participants.Secondly,from the perspective of participants,innovatively use surveys and interviews to collect data,and describe the status of pre-post training work,that is,the participants 'attitude towards pre-post training and the training of pre-post trainees.The degree of satisfaction in training content,training form,training cycle,training assessment,training effectiveness,etc.Thirdly,according to the current participants' understanding of the status of pre-post training and the results of the interviews with participants,we have sorted out what the participants considered to be in terms of training content,training form,training cycle,and training management.The problem was followed by an in-depth analysisof the causes of the problems from the perspective of participants and organizers.Finally,combined with the above investigation and analysis,creatively from the perspective of the participants and the needs of the participants,put forward the measures to improve the effectiveness of pre-service training for college teachers.
