Martial arts to develop, must be based on art of attack and as the centralpillar, which is the essence and soul of martial arts is a shortcut to the development of martial arts. However, the existing martial arts school teaching content as the main form of exercise routine, and the old, monotonous, martial arts, martial art features are not prominent, poor usability, difficult to master, so that students interested in learning martial arts is not high, to a certain extent, out of primary school students their physical and psychological needs. To solve the above problem, in order to change over the years of teaching in primary schools to routine forms of martial arts-based educational content, the author from the martial art of attack and the nature of the proceeding in 2009, during the attachment period, select Zhengzhou City, five primary schools, three from each school each year pick two classes were divided into experimental classes and control classes to teaching experiment; Professor of offensive and defensive techniques of experimental classes and control classes to simplify professor of Shaolin boxing. And using experimental method, the questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis method to explore the primary and secondary students to learn offensive and defensive techniques and routine post-exercise in the martial arts knowledge, interests, and so the overall level of achievement differences. The results showed that:students on the offensive and defensive techniques are more interested in martial arts; consistent with their mental and physical development characteristics; and to achieve better learning results; more suitable as the primary martial art taught in schools. And reached the following conclusions:1. Offensive and defensive techniques than the routine movement to simplify the form of Shaolin boxing will obtain better teaching effect; a solid grasp the extent of their movements is far higher than the routine movement to simplify the form of Shaolin boxing, forgetting rates reduced; offensive and defensive techniques as teaching content and bring the students interest in learning martial arts, so that students have a high interest level; meet the curriculum standards emphasize that students learn ways to diversify, promote self-learning, inquiry-based learning and cooperative learning in new learning methods; students were more satisfied with the form of offensive and defensive techniques of martial arts teaching content; students to learn offensive and defensive techniques to study routine form of exercise than after the Shaolin boxing better appreciate the importance of martial arts and so on.2. Students like the martial arts was mainly due to physical health, and secondly because self-defense self-defense; and students who do not like martial arts is mainly because it is not practical, and secondly because complicated and difficult to learn; nearly half of the students do not understand martial arts; school martial arts class is one that people understanding, dissemination of martial arts is one important way; most of the students very much hope that schools in the martial arts classes; offensive and defensive techniques suitable for different geographical learning.Reform of the current martial arts teaching content of the offensive and defensive techniques as a teaching content:changes the content of teaching martial arts routine form of exercise-based single-oriented phenomenon, in line with pupils lively characteristics such as physical and mental development are conducive to the return of the original martial arts, adhere to the art of attack and for the development of the core; follow the principles of the reform of teaching content in line with the "curriculum standards" reform direction and development trends.
