| Research goal:In recent years the coAChEs and athletes pay more and more attention on the method of low movement weary and restores after accelerated motion through the nutrition supplemented. Therefore the purpose of this experiment is determination the change of physio-biochemical parameter to reflection the weary degree of the big mouse after movement on the running mAChine, and confirms the nutrient 's effect of improving the big mouse's weary which includes BCAA and CHO.Research method:The mouse for experiment is eight week age male SD big mouse,90 numbers. Divides into peaceful group (C), movement group (S) and the nutrition+medicine supplemented group (T) stochastically. And, S, T group rest on slaughter time interval 0h, 1h,6h,24h finally, then respective stochastic average divides into 4 groups again.Training plan:40mins first week,50mins second week,60mins third week. At first the speed of running mAChine is 20m/min, every 2 days increased one time, increase to 38m/min finally. During the training period, big mouse from the nutrition+medicine supplemented group (T) carried on the nutritional supplement begin and after training 10mins every day, twice a day,2ml eACh time; big mouse from Movement group (S) and the peaceful control group (C) were feed by the same dosage water. Determines the blood ammonia, AChE,5-HT, MDA after slaughtering the selection.Result:1.The experiment proved that the nutrition supplemented can alleviate the big mouse's elevation of the blood ammonia after sports2. The experiment proved that the nutrition supplemented can reduce the big mouse's AChE activeness after sports3. The experiment proved that the nutrition supplemented can reduce the big mouse's 5-HT density effectively, alleviate the weary after sports4.
