In this article, we used three questionnaires which are compiled by Wenquan Ling; Neterbeyer and Schaufeli to investigate the perceived organizational support, the work-family conflict, and job involvement of employees in corporations. We released 700 pieces of sheets; received 527 sheets in return.497sheets were valid. The valid rate was 71%. Following results were found:First, the degree of employees'perceived organizational support and job involvement is more than middle level. The degree of employees experienced work-family conflict is not high.Second, the employees'perceived organizational support have a significant difference in working age, enterprise category and Enterprise size. The employees'experienced work-family conflict have a significant difference in sex, age, enterprise category and Enterprise size. The employees'job involvement have a significant difference in marriage status.Third, there was a significant positive correlation between perceived organizational support and job involvement in employees. The stronger the perceived organizational support was, the higher the job involvement. There was a significant negative correlation between work-family conflict and job involvement in employees. The higher the work-family conflict was, the lower the job involvement.Fourth, work-family conflict imposed a mediation effect between perceived organizational support and job involvement. It impaired the positive effect brought by organizational support, and the degree of job involvement.
