The career growth of employees has obtained more extensive solicitude from enterprises in recent years,it is worth noting that gender differences have tended to diminish in the battle for talents compared to the previous century. The rapid development of society has led more and more women become independent;this is particularly reflected in the continuous increase of women's participation in social labor.Compared with men,the career growth of female employees cannot be ignored. However, society's expectations and requirements for women 's roles have increased. It is hoped that female can assume the role of virtuous wives and good mothers and that female can contribute to their work. This has made women face increasingly serious family and work dilemmas,family-work conflict is a prominent manifestation of this.Although from the real situation, serious family-work conflict not only affects the bodily and psychological health of women in the workplace, but also hinders their development in the workplace to a certain extent, which is not conducive to their career growth,as far as scientific research is concerned, the current research on the career growth of female employees from the perspective of role conflict is insufficient. In view of this, starting from family-work conflict, this study collects the research data of 312 female employees, taking perceived organizational support, job involvement and career growth as the mediation variable, moderator, and outcome variable of the study, and constructs a model to analyze the impact mechanism of family-work conflict on the career growth of female employees.First of all,the variables of this study are integrated and combed, and the research hypotheses are put forward in combination with the research status and other projects, and a moderating mediation theory model is constructed based on this.Secondly, the survey questionnaire for this research is compiled, and the final questionnaire determination, distribution and data collection are carried out on the basis of small specimen;finally, with the help of SPSS22.0,AMOS21.0,Mplus7.4 and other data handle utensils, this paper analyzes the reliability and other aspects of the effective questionnaire, examines the surmises one by one, obtains the final research results, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for business management practices accordingly. The results show that:(1)The family-work conflict and its dimensions have an obviously passive effect on the career growth of female employees.(2)Job involvement acts a partial mediation effect in the impact mechanism of the family-work conflict and the career growth of female employees.(3)The relationship between independent variable family-work conflict and mediating variable job involvement is positively regulated by the moderating variable perceived organizational support, and the mediating part of independent variable family-work conflict and outcome variable career growth through mediation variable job involvement is also positively regulated by perceived organizational support.Research proposes that companies should actively show solicitude for the career growth of female employees, provide them with a fair environment for career growth, take targeted measures to increase the humanistic care of female employees, and establish a staff incentive mechanism that are consistent with female career development.Female employees should also actively respond to the impact of family-work conflict on career growth, and establish good family communication mechanisms and career development plans. All parties in the society should pay full attention to the family-work conflict of female employees and join together to help women out of the predicament.
