The researcher investigates the factors influencing employee work productivity from three different perspectives.These where;from individual perspective(employee engagement),from organizational perspective(perceived organizational support)and from external or family perspective(family-work resource spillover).Using survey data of 152 employees.The researcher found that,from individual perspective employee engagement relates positively to work productivity,from organizational perspective,(perceived organizational support)relates positively to employee work productivity and also,from external or family perspective(family –work resource spillover)relates positively to employee work productivity.The result revealed that employee engagement towards certain activity leads to high work productivity.Therefore,entities(government and non-governmental)should formulate strategies for improving employee engagement towards task performance,but not only individual factor can influence employee work productivity,but also there are other factors that influence employee productivity,such as organizational factor(organizational support)and external/family factor(family-work resource spillover)all these contribute to better performance in work places.
