The teacher is the engineer of human souls and are the growth of young students parade, respect and care for teachers reflect the level of civilization of a country. But in recent years, teachers being bullied event rising, is a cause of widespread concern. This phenomenon does great harm, not only serious disturbance to the school's normal teaching order, and give the teacher's mental and physical health have serious harm. How to effectively control the teachers being bullied phenomenon, has become the social concerns of hotspots. Strengthen research on the question of containment, overcome this phenomenon for a great practical significance. This produced the "middle school bullying survey questionnaire", middle school students to 480 was investigated. Research includes rural junior high school bully teacher conduct and type, research methods, Middle bullying survey, bullying of behaviour, bullying intervention strategies, etc. Study results indicate that:(1) the school campus, the student bullying teacher phenomenon; (2) the higher grade bully who bully teacher ratio, the greater, underdog who taught grades higher victimization number; (3) the number of boys bullied the teacher than the girls, men and the number of teachers being bullied than female teachers; (4) the student bullying of speech teacher bully first, followed by action to bully, relational bullying, physical bullying and network bullying; (5) the teacher was bullied, most of sorrow, anger, a majority of the teacher will forgive student behavior, and most students have felt; (6) students on campus life satisfaction and student performance is good or bad on bullying teacher behavior related. On campus life satisfaction than those not satisfied with the occurrence of the student teacher ratio of the phenomenon of bullying to low, student success than learning students bully teacher behavior. This study from society, school, family, teachers, student five aspects of the student bullying teacher reasons, and proposed a number of recommendations, expect to be able to resolve this problem..
